Lost & Found

If you notice after the event that you have lost something, you can send an email to info@maassilo.com.

I bought a ticket, but why can't I download the ticket?

Glow in the Dark uses 'sealed tickets'. Sealed tickets can only be downloaded shortly before the event. Once the tickets become available for download, you will receive an email from Eventix. If you have purchased tickets for a group of people, you can assign or forward the tickets to your friends as soon as they can be downloaded. Glow in the Dark has chosen for sealed tickets to make it more difficult for resellers and scammers. This makes the ticket purchasing process safer and fairer. In addition to sealed tickets, the number of tickets per order for the first tranches is set to a maximum of four tickets. If someone places many orders at once, has a trading history, or if it is otherwise clear that they are not buying tickets for themselves or their friends, Glow in the Dark will refund their order.
